Bubble Maker Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 6, 2026

Bubble Maker respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Bubble Maker.

1. Local-First Design

Bubble Maker is designed to perform most editing and project work locally in your browser.

Your project data, imported fonts, reference images, and other creative files are generally stored and processed on your device using browser technologies such as local storage and IndexedDB.

Bubble Maker does not require you to upload your creative files to a server in order to use the editor.

2. Information Bubble Maker Does Not Collect

Bubble Maker does not require:

Bubble Maker does not sell your personal information.

Bubble Maker does not claim ownership of your artwork, project files, imported fonts, reference images, or exported content.

3. Local Browser Storage

Bubble Maker uses browser storage technologies such as localStorage and IndexedDB to provide core editor functionality.

These technologies may store information on your device such as:

This information is stored locally in your browser and is not used by Bubble Maker for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking.

Bubble Maker does not automatically upload your locally stored project data, imported fonts, or reference images to a Bubble Maker server.

You can remove locally stored Bubble Maker data at any time by clearing site data for bubblemaker.app in your browser.

Clearing browser or site data may permanently remove locally stored projects, imported fonts, reference images, preferences, and other editor data. For important work, you should save backup copies using Bubble Maker’s .bubblemaker project file feature.

4. Project Files and Exports

When you save a .bubblemaker project file or export PNG, SVG, or PDF files, those files are created for you to save on your device.

Bubble Maker does not automatically upload those files to a server.

5. Support Email

If you contact Bubble Maker at:

[email protected]

the information you include in your email may be received and processed through the email services used to receive and forward support messages.

Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your support request.

6. Feedback and Bug Reports

If you submit a bug report, feature request, or other feedback through Bubble Maker, the information you enter in the form is sent to Bubble Maker and stored so it can be reviewed.

Feedback submissions include your report or request text and a required contact email address. Bug reports may also include limited technical information that may help diagnose problems.

Technical information submitted with feedback may include your browser and browser version, operating system, viewport size, Bubble Maker artboard dimensions, number of objects in the current project, application version, whether a reference image is present, and the submission timestamp.

This technical information does not include your artwork, project text, imported font files, reference image contents, or full project data.

Your contact email address is used only for communication related to your feedback, such as requesting additional information, responding to your report, or following up on a feature request.

Feedback information is used to review reports, troubleshoot problems, respond when appropriate, and improve Bubble Maker.

Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your report.

7. Hosting and Network Requests

Bubble Maker is hosted using Cloudflare services.

When you visit the site, Cloudflare may process standard technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website, such as:

Bubble Maker may also make limited network requests necessary to operate the site or open external services.

8. Analytics and Tracking

Bubble Maker collects limited first-party usage information to understand how the application is used and to improve its features.

This may include aggregate events such as:

These events are stored as daily aggregate counts. They are not stored as a log of individual people or sessions.

Bubble Maker may use existing functional browser storage to determine whether an application load appears to come from a first-time or returning browser. Bubble Maker does not create a persistent analytics identifier for this purpose, and the contents of browser storage are not transmitted as analytics data.

This classification is approximate. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or using another browser or device may cause a returning person to be counted as first-time. It does not measure unique visitors.

Bubble Maker may also classify the referring source of an application load into a broad category such as direct, search engine, or referring platform. Bubble Maker uses the browser-provided referrer only to create this coarse category and does not store the full referring URL, path, query string, or campaign parameters as analytics data.

Bubble Maker may also use a simple source parameter in links, such as a broad platform or referral category, to understand where application traffic originated. Bubble Maker stores only the normalized source category for analytics and does not store the full URL or full query string as analytics data.

Analytics do not include:

Bubble Maker does not use tracking cookies, persistent visitor identifiers, device fingerprints, or cross-site behavioral tracking for this system.

A browser may store a local opt-out flag so analytics events are not sent from that browser. This flag is a simple on/off value in local browser storage, and may also be stored as a first-party cookie with the same on/off purpose. It is not a visitor or device identifier, is not transmitted to Bubble Maker, and is not used to track you. Enabling it affects future analytics from that browser only and does not delete past aggregate counts.

Bubble Maker does not currently intentionally use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral advertising technology.

9. Cookies

Bubble Maker does not intentionally use advertising cookies.

If analytics have been turned off for this browser, Bubble Maker may store a first-party opt-out cookie with a simple on/off value so this browser does not send analytics events. That cookie is not a unique identifier and is not used for tracking.

Browser storage used by the editor is primarily for local functionality such as autosave, preferences, imported fonts, Terms acceptance, and optional analytics opt-out.

10. External Links

Bubble Maker may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as Buy Me a Coffee.

Those third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Bubble Maker is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.

11. Third-Party Fonts and Materials

Bubble Maker may include bundled third-party fonts or other materials under their respective licenses.

Use of those bundled materials does not require Bubble Maker to send your creative content to the font authors or providers.

12. Children’s Privacy

Bubble Maker is not specifically directed to children under 13.

Bubble Maker does not knowingly collect personal information from children through account registration because the Service does not currently use user accounts.

If you believe personal information from a child has been provided to Bubble Maker through support communications or another channel, contact:

[email protected]

13. Data Security

Because most project data is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for maintaining access to your device and browser profile.

No storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure or permanent.

You should keep backup copies of important .bubblemaker project files.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

If significant changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
