Refund Policy
Bubble Maker Pro subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a payment has been completed. Completed transactions are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, where Paddle approves a discretionary refund, or where another applicable refund right exists.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for Bubble Maker Pro purchases. Paddle processes the transaction and administers refunds under its applicable refund process. Bubble Maker support may assist with a request or technical issue. Final processing of a refund is handled through Paddle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep Bubble Maker Pro until that date. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.
Paddle may consider discretionary refund requests submitted within 14 days of a transaction on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Mandatory statutory rights may be different and remain governed by applicable law and Paddle’s refund policy.
Refunds may also be considered where there is a persistent technical issue, a material defect, or a problem that prevents access to the features or benefits of Bubble Maker Pro as described. Please contact support@bubblemaker.app so we can try to resolve the issue first. Not every bug, interruption, or outage qualifies for a refund.
You may request help or a refund by emailing support@bubblemaker.app, using the support or refund link in your Paddle receipt, using the Paddle customer/billing portal, or visiting paddle.net.
If a payment is refunded, access to the Bubble Maker Pro benefits associated with that refunded purchase may end when the refund is processed.
Approved refunds are generally returned using the original payment method where possible. Paddle and the customer’s financial institution control final processing time.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, withdrawal, or other rights you may have under applicable law. Where applicable law provides a non-waivable withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or consumer-protection right, that right applies regardless of the general policy above.
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior, subject to applicable law.
Subscription Cancellations
Canceling Bubble Maker Pro prevents future renewals. It does not normally refund charges that have already been processed.
After cancellation, Pro features remain available through the end of the paid billing period. Your Bubble Maker account and applicable cloud-retention rights remain subject to the Bubble Maker Terms of Use.
